Dollhouses

What size furniture & dolls can I use?

Heirloom Kids dollhouses are designed to accommodate standard 1:12 scale miniature
furniture and dolls, which are most widely available and typically measure
about 13–15 cm tall. Always check for scale compatibility when shopping for new
pieces, and select larger accessories for children under 3 years to ensure
safety.

Do your dollhouses require assembly?

Each dollhouse arrives partially assembled for secure shipping. Minor final assembly
is required at home. All necessary instructions and hardware are included. Assembly is simple and typically takes approx. 30 mins. All you need is a screwdriver.

Are your dollhouses safe for children?

Yes! Heirloom Kids dollhouses are crafted from premium, non-toxic materials and
finished with child-safe paints.
Edges are gently rounded, and designs avoid small detachable parts, making them
safe for supervised play from age 3 plus. We have added an integrated support arm to stop any chance of the lid snapping on little fingers.

Shipping & Orders

What are your shipping options?

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all dollhouses, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days. Express shipping is available to select NSW, VIC and QLD metro areas for $49, with delivery typically taking 1–3 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and require a signature on delivery due to the value of the item.

Can I cancel my order?

If your dollhouse has not been shipped, you can cancel your order and we will try to accomodate as much as possible.

Returns

Can I return my dollhouse?

We accept returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and stand behind the quality of every Heirloom Kids dollhouse. If your order arrives damaged or you experience a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible. Every dollhouse is also backed by our 3-year craftsmanship guarantee for added peace of mind.
