Every Heirloom Kids piece is designed to be played with, loved, and handed down. Our 3-year craftsmanship guarantee is our commitment that what leaves our workshop is built to last exactly that long — and well beyond it.

What's covered

For two years from your date of purchase, we guarantee your piece against manufacturing defects — structural issues in materials or workmanship, components that fail under normal play, and finishes or fittings that deteriorate unexpectedly.

What's not covered

Damage from misuse, accidents, or the natural wear that comes from years of loved play. That kind of wear is expected — it's part of the story of a piece that's actually been used.

How to make a claim

Email us at info@heirloomkids.com.au with your order number and a few photos. We'll respond within 2 business days with how we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement part, a repair, or a replacement piece.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless and are not limited by anything on this page.

Effective from May 2026. Applies to all orders placed from this date forward.
