At Heirloom Kids, every piece is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it arrives safely, beautifully, and ready to be loved for years to come.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently offer two shipping options Australia-wide:

Free Standard Shipping — Australia Wide

We proudly offer FREE standard shipping across Australia on all orders.

Estimated delivery:

• 3–7 business days for metro areas
• Longer for regional or remote locations

Express Shipping — $49 Flat Rate

Need your order sooner? We also offer express shipping for eligible metro areas within:

• New South Wales
• Victoria
• Queensland

Flat rate express shipping: $49 AUD

Estimated delivery:

• 1–3 business days for eligible metro areas

As our dollhouses are considered oversized and bulky items, shipping costs are significantly higher than standard parcels. We’ve worked hard to keep express shipping as affordable as possible while ensuring your order arrives safely and quickly.

At this stage, international shipping is not available.

Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we’ll always keep you informed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by shipping carriers and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Signature on Delivery

Due to the value and fragile nature of our products, all orders require a signature on delivery where possible.

Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the nominated address. If no one is available, the parcel may be redirected to a local collection point or re-delivery may be arranged by the shipping carrier.

Heirloom Kids is not responsible for delays resulting from missed deliveries or collection arrangements made by the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

We take great care in packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• your order number
• photos of the packaging
• photos of the damaged item

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
